Rec. Dec. 27, 5.5 p.m. HONOLULU, Saturday. The Hon. W. Downie Stewart and r. H. H. Stevens, the New Zealand d Canadian Ministers of Customs, rived on Friday to negotiate a ide agreement. The preliminary meeting is being ld to-day. It is said that the sessions will be iret, without any announcement the result until the respective Gov'nients ratify any agreement iched.
