ASSIGNEE WARNS BANKRUPT NOT TO LEAVE DOM(INION LACK OF INFORMATION

WELLINGTON, Wed. A meeting of creditors of Mark Green, company manager, to-day, showed dissatisfaction in regard to the lack of information supplied by bankrupt, and finally the meeting was adjourned to the middle of January to allow bankrupt to produce a full statement. ■ As there was a question of bankrupt going to the Old Country the official assignee warned him that he was not to leave meantime. Unsecured creditors were shown at £1589 0s 6d, and seeured at £14,800. The estimated value of the securities was £12,050, and the deficiency was estimated at £4339 0s 6d. Bankrupt blamed the depression for the state of his affairs.
