lord beayerbrook offers policy of six points COMPLETE TRADE FREEDOM

Rec. Dec. 21, 10.15 p.m. LONDON, Monday. Lord Beaverbrook, in the "Daily Express," outlines a six point policy to save Great Britain. and the Empire. His points are as follows: 1. Agricultural protection. 2. Industrial protection. 2. Crown Colonies and Dependencies to be brought into a Customs Union with Great Britain. 4. He would not waste tinae over quotas nor bargain with or impose .conditions on the Dominions, which should be given the full benefits of Empire free trade in the British markets. Great Britain should take what they are willing to give. 5, The economie conditions in India Should be alleviated, thus destroying the atmosphere in which political agitations thrive. 6. The shipping traffic of the Empire should be carried in Empire bottoms.
