-By Telegraph- -Copyright.)
CHRISTCHURCH, Thursday. At the first and annual ordinary general meeting of shareholders in New Zealand Crieket Limited, it was decided that the company be wound up voluntarily. In moving the adoption- of the report and balance sheet, Mr. A. T. Donnelly said that there was no doubt that in a season marked by normal weather, a handsome profit would have been shown on the New Zealand team's tour. As it was, the loss of £1461 was being re-imbursed by the Crieket Council, together with interest to the shareholders at six per cent. Appreciation was expressed with regard to Mr. Donnelly's services as chairman of directors. It was announced that each shareholder would receive a souvenir of the tour in the shape of a card hearing a photograph of the team with averages and statistics of the tour.
