LONDON, Tuesday. The trade newspaper, "The. Miller," says that the first wheat qtiota will be 55 per cent home and 15 per cent Dominion, leaving 30 for the rest of the world. The price of Home grown next season will be between 45/- and 50/- a quarter. The "Daily Express lobbyist says that the Government contemp'lates estab.lishing a wheat board in connection with the Home and Dommion quota. This is part of the confidential proposals made with a view to securing the millers' co-operation. The original scheme must he drastically revised hefore the millers can operate it.
