JN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, HAMILTON DISTRICT. In the matter of "The Companies Aet, 1908," and In the matter of "Chases Motor Services, Limited." Notice is hereby- igiven that a Petition for the winding up of the above-named Company was on the 7th day of December, 1931, presented to the Honourable Sir Alexander Lawrence Herdman, a Judge of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, in its Hamilton District at Hamilton, by Vacuum Oil Company Proprietary, Limited, a Company duly incorporated in the State of Victoria, Australia, and having its Registered Office at 90 William Street, in the City of Melbourne, in the said State, and carrying on business in New Zealand at Auckland and elsewhere, as Oil Merchants, a creditor of the said Company, and that such Petition is directed to be heard before a Judge of the said Court on the 23rd day of February, 1932, at the Supreme Court, Hamilton, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon or so soon thereafter as Counsel can be heard and any creditor or contributory of the said Company desirous to support or oppose the making of an Order on the said Petition may appear at the time of hearing either by himself or by his Counsel for that purpose, and a copy of the Petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said Company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated eharge for the same.
