DISPOSITION OF ESTATE OF LATE SIR CHARLES SKERRETT. In his will, the late Sir Charles Perrin Skerrett set aside a portion of his estate with directions to the trustess to invest it and to apply the income to such educational charities in New Zealand as they might, subject to eertain directions, determine. At a recent meeting, the trustees (Miss M. Skerrett, Mr. D. G. A. Cooper, and Mr. H. F. Johnston, K.C.) made .the third half-yearly allocation of income as follows: — Jubilqe Institute for Blind, £15; Wellington Free Kindergarten, £15; Salvation Army, £15; St. Anne's Primary School, Wellington, £20; Mfirist Brothers' Primary School (Hawkestone , Street, Wellington), £20; Upper Hutt Girls' Convent, £20; Hastings Convent, £30; St. Joseph's Convent, Napier, £30.
