ST. LUKES Archdeacon F. W. Chatterton is paying a visit to Opotiki and Whakatane this week-end, and will meet the vestries in each Case. JOHNS Sunday School Anniversary services will be the order of the day at St. Johh's Prefebyteriah Church' tbmorrow, there being three services, ' ht 11 a.m., 3 and 7 p.m:, ptefeided ! over hy the Minister, Rev; A., 0. BAINBRIDGE MEMORIAL Bainbridge Memorial Church will celebrate its semi-jubilee to-morrow, having been opened hy the late Rev. George Rond, on December 5, 1906. The special preacher for this occagion will be the Rev. Dr. Laws, till recently principal of Trinity Theological College, Auckland, ahd ohe of New Zealand's foremost preachers', Suitable music will be 'rehdefed hy a large choir, and Miss Grhhi will sihg a solo at the evening service. A conversazione will he held in the Church - oh Monday evening, at 7.45. A programme of music will be rendered, and Dr. Laws will give an address.
