MASTERTON, Wednesday. The widow of the late Dr. Moser has decided to give ths net proceeds she received from her husband's insurance with an insurance company to the local Girl Guides and Boy Scouts. Owing to the incr'ease in death duties the amount of the gift is approximately £400. Dr. Herbert Guy Moser, of Masterton, was found dead in his surgery on March 3. In the Supreme Court last week, action was taken by Mrs Alison Moser, widow of deceased, against the Norwich Insurance Company Limited, for £1000 alleged to be due to her under a policy taken out by her husband. It was alleged by the ■iefence that Dr. Moser committed suicide and that therefore the policy was void. Judgment was given for Mrs Moser for the amount claimed.
