Rec. Nov. 29, 5.5 p.m. SHANGHAI, Saturday. Offieials announce that the Nanking Government has telegraphed" Paris accepting as the League's solution of the crisis at Chin Chow the establishment of a neutral zone which cannot be crossed by either side. The Japanese advancing southward along the Peiping-Mulcden railway are reported to have halted at Yowpangke 45 miles from Chin Chow and to be consolidating their position. China's acceptance of the League's proposals, howevei*, is expected to check further advances.
