Rec. Nov. 27, 9.50 p.m. SINGAPORE, Friday. Regarding the Dutch 'plane taking on the mails, Colonel Brinsmead, Director of Aviation, said that he is unable to intervene. He added that presumably it was relieving the Australian 'plane from taking tbem on.
