INSURANCE CLAIMED
WIDOWS ACTION AGAINST INSURANCE COMPANY WELLINGTON, Wednesday. The widow of Dr. H. B. Moser, of Masterton, succeeded in her elainx for £1000 under an insuraxxce policy on ■ the Norwich Union Lif e Insurance Society, Mr. Justice Ostlef holding that the compaxxy had not discharged the onus of showing that Dr. Moser had committed suicide.
