canterbury hospital board relief orders misused PROSECUTIONS MAY FOLLOW CHRISTCHURCH, Wed. Storekeepers supplying holders of the North Ca'nterbury Hospital Board's orders for rations with goods other than those specified, are likely to be prosecuted. The Board ordinarily supplies the actual rations, but to supply, recipients of relief living at a distance it is customary to give them orders on the storekeepers. In order to test reports that some storekeepers were supplying goods I other than those specified, a representative of the Board was sent with ran order to a store. He was supplied with tobacco, a tin of peaches, chocolates, butter and matches.
