UNDEFENDED CASES
JUDGMENT AGAINST DEBTORS IN MAGISTRATE'S COURT Judgment for plaintiff by default was given by Mr. S. L. Paterson, S.M,. in the following undefended cases which came before him in the Rotorua Magistrate's Court yesterday. John Charles Bates and Cyril Alea*t Bates v. P. Matthews, £1 5s, costs 3/-; IL Macpherson v. Rawiri Parahi, £33 14s 6d. costs £5 ls 6d; WT'iam Llewellyn Richards v. P. Willoughby, £6 6s, costs £1 14s 6d. Edward Reihana was ordered to ~ay Ceorge Brett, the sum of £28 4s Od, with costs £1 11s 6d in default 28 days' gaol. K. Davies obtained an order against H S'mmon for the payment forthwith of £3 16s 3d in default three days' gaol. W. IL Baird, junior, was ordered to pay the Board of the Wesley Training College the suixx of £6 ls 6d, in default six days' imprisonment.
