TRADE-MARK CASE
ALLEGED INFRINGEMENT BY CHAIN STOKE FIRM CHRISTCHURCH, Monday. Tins of baking powder formed exhibits in the Supreme Courts this morning, when T. J. Edmonds, Ltd., of Christchurch, sought an injunction to restrain Self-Help Co-operative Ltd., of Wellington, from using the words "Bound to Rise" and from passing off goods not manufaetured by ihe plaintiff as goods made by it. It was alleged that there had been an infringement of plaintiff's trademark, which contained the words, : "Sure to Rise." The defence was a denial of any infringement. D'ecision was reserved.
