The Governor, Sir Phillp Game to-dfiy received a petitioh from the New Guard asking him to dissolve the'LegisIative' Assembly on the grounds that the people of New South Wales are very apprehensive because of continued disloyal acts and utterahces, and because the Premier (Mr. J. T. Lang) and his ministers no longcertain the confidence of the people. The Governor has agreed to give his answer to-morrow.
