Rec. Nov. 21, 5.0 p.m. LONDON, Saturday. News from Peking states that the ! latest reports from Taianches on the j Tsitsihar-Koshan railway, are to the effect that General Ma Chan Shan is now beyond reach of Chinese aid and must either make terms with the Japanese or get out.
