ANNUAL MEETING OF ROTORUA BODY ELECTION OF OFFICERS The annual generai meeting of the Rotorua Agricultural and Pastoral Association was held last evening, the president, Mr. H. P. Ford, presiding over a good attendance of members. The annual report and balance sheet revealed a very satisfactory financial and generai position and retraced in detail the operations of the association during the past 12 months. Both report and* balance sheet were adopted and congratulations were e-x-tended to the chairman upon the comprehensive manner in which he had dealt with the workings of the association. The extended text of the report will be published on Monday. The election of officers for the ensuing year resulted, patron, Mr. C. H. Clinkard, M.P., president, Mr. H. P. Ford; vice-presidents, Messrs C. Shuter, and E. Pratt; treasurer, Mr J. M. Roberts; the committee for the past year was re-elected with the addition of Messrs A. L. Keith, James Martin, G. Gunson and H. E. Winslade, Mesdames W. D. Young, J, Ewen, H. P. Ford, J. Moule H. E Winslade and Miss P. St. Clair; executive committee, Messrs E. La Trob Hill, H. M. Martin, J. M. Roberts, E Armour, J. W. Wrigley; seeretary Mr. H. Wilkinson; auditor, Mr. J. H Buddle.
