DUNEDIN, Thursday. Hon. Downie Stewart, referring to the Ottawa cahlegram announcing Canada's decision to send a Minister Mr. H. H. Stevens to meet him at Honolulu, stated this morning that he would announce in a few days the tfate of his own departure for Honolulu.
