A graceful iribute has been pail to the members of the Rotorua Firl Brigade by Mr: S. J. Hale, who-enl closed a donation to ihe brigade'l funds in the following letter addressl ed to Superintendent T. Anderson| "When one is interested in premisel damaged by fire it reminds us thal we have a very efficierit fire hrigadJ and leads us to appreciate the promptl ness of the men in that brigade. tVhill expressing riiy appreciation in regarJ to this matter, I take this opportunJ ity to enclose £2 as a dbnatiori to thJ brigade's benevolent or social fund.'l
