Rec. Nov. 13, 10.45 p.m. SYDNEY, Friday. The carpetiters unions here and in Queensl'and are discussing a proposal to supply urilimited eificient labour for Russia to help with the development of the Soviet Five Year Plan. An offer has been made in a letter recently despatched setting out the terms under which carperiters and Joiners are prepared to migrate.
