Signor Jose Primo Derivera, a lawyer, aged 30 years, the son of the late Spanish Dictator, General Primo Derivera, has been arrested on a charge that he was concerned in a plot to restore the monarchy and storm Parliament buildings while the ' Cortes was in session.
