STRATFORD, Monday. Mr. J. W. McMillan, has announced his candidature for the Stratford seat •as a Reform Coalitionist. Mr. Charles Croall, of Mahoenui, will stand for Lahour, making four in the field, the others being Messrs W. J. Polson (Coalitionist) and N. H. Moss (Independent) .
