AUCKLAND, last night. ; Itis understood that £100 reward . has been offered by the Police Department for information which leads s to. the arrest of the person or perifcsons who inflicted fatal wounds on ■kr. A. J. Blomfield, the chemist, who 'was found dying in his shop shortly after 5 o'clock on October 30. Although over a week has passed and' the deteetives have carefully combed every suggested avenue of information, they still find themselves face'd with a most puzzling mystery.
