LATE MR. E. W. McCARDELL
The funeral of the late Mr. E. W. McCardell, on Wednesday afternoon wa's attended by many of deceased's friCends. The Ngongotaha crieket t'eam, of which Mr. McCardell was vice-captain, was fully represented, the pall fiearers being members of the team- Tfie. Rotorua Rugby Union wpre represented by Messrs. De Luen and' ^Henderson, the deceased havjng bee'n a member of the management committee. Wreaths were sent from the followifig" focal bodies: — Arawa Trust Boardr Ngongotaha Crieket Club, Rotorua Rpgby Union and the Ladies' brancfi pf tfie Oddfellows Lodge. Page 4.
