WHANGAREI MEETING REVIEW BY "THE JUDGE" A review by "The Judge" of form andl prospects for the first day of the Whangarei Racing Club's meeting to be held to-day at Whangarei will be found on Page 6. Most of the horses emgaged will later be seen on the Provincial circuit and though in some cases the fields engaged are sfnall some good racing is expected. The acceptances for the N.Z. Trottimg Cup are also published on page 6.
