RUGBY, Tuesday. Mr. Austen Chamberlain, who is at Present First Lord of the Admiralty, has written to Mr. Stanley Baldwin begging him to regard that offiee as at his disposal in the re-construction of the Cabinet. Mr. Baldwin has replied expressing warm appreciation of Sir A. Chamber'ain's services, and stating that history will accord him a position "which your father would regard as not unworthy for his son."
