(British Oiiieial Wireless)

fc, RUGBY, Tuesday. ISUleetings of political parties are taking place this week in preparation for the new Parliamentary session. The so-called Cabinet of the Liberal Party met yesterday and Sir Herbert Samuel was asked to call a meeting of the Liberal Parliamentary Party for this afternoon. M.
