fc, RUGBY, Tuesday. ISUleetings of political parties are taking place this week in preparation for the new Parliamentary session. The so-called Cabinet of the Liberal Party met yesterday and Sir Herbert Samuel was asked to call a meeting of the Liberal Parliamentary Party for this afternoon. M. Lloyd George, who may come to London to be sworn in as a member of the House of Commons, is unlikely to attend the meeting- As he is unable owing to ill-health to take an active part in politics until the new year, he may not offer himself for re-election as the Liberal leader.
