Rec. Nov. 3; 9.30 p.m. SYDNEY, Tuesday. The seamen's strike has collapsed. A meeting of the Sydney branch of the Seamen's Union this afternoon decided to return to all ships to-morrow. Mr. Jacob Johnson tried to address the pien but was howled down. The moderates outnumbered the militants by four to one.
