Rec. Oct. 31, 5.5 p.m. NEW YORK, Friday. An Ohio message states that the Union Trust Co., of Dayton with reserves of 31,000,000 dollars, closed to-day because its assets have beeome frozen and heavy withdrawals have recently been made by its customers.
