GOLF DANCE
On Saturday tl]e memhers of the Rotorua Golf Club' and visiting golfers spent a most enjoyable evening at a dance held in the Club House and organised by the entertainment commitfcee. Dancing was held on the yerandah and in the dining room, thq lounge and the bridge room, all three rooms being gaily decorated with iceIand poppies, pink rhododendions and masses of foliage. Among the ladies present were: Mrs. R. C. Smith, wearing hrown georgette; Mrs. E. La Trobe Hill, pink and cerulean blue chenille georgette; Mrs. S. H, Hay, rose'pink embossed lame; Mrs." R." Griffiths, amethyst georgette and lace; Mrs. E. Roe, powder* blue crepe de chine and georgette; Mrs, Redhead, black fioral ninon ; Mrs. C. pourt, Auckland, black chiffop velyet; Mrs. Hamilton,, beige pipon; Mrs, Anderson,; oyster lace and georgette; Mrs. J. Fortune, black lace; Mrs. P. Sherriff, midnight blue fioral ninon.; Mrs. G. Pierce, fioral ninon; Mrs. Brett, powder hule fioral taffetas; Mrs. E. Young, (Christchurch), shell pink georgette; Mrs; Troughton Clark, beige georgette; Mrs. Herrold, primrose fioral taffetas; Mrs. Plowright, black chiffon yelvet; 5 Mrs.* C.
