Mr. Sen Gupta, a former mayor of Calcutta, and leader of the National Congress Party in Bengal, interviewed on the eve of sailing for England with his English wife spoke of a coming war between Great Britain and Jndia, and a renewed boycott of everything British. He predicted that Bengal would prove to India that selfgovernment was not a question" of months or even of weeks, but of hours.
