PUBLIC NOTICFS. | TNEMPLOYMENT AMENDMENT ^ ACT, 1931. Unemployment Levy and Charge on Income. The second instalment of the Unemployment Levy and the first instalment of the Emergency Charge on income for the year ended 31st March, 1931, are due on 1st November. All persons not wholly exempt from the levy, and all women in receipt of £250 or more per annum must make a declaration of income. Forms and full information obtainable at any moxiey-order ofiice.
