VESSEL NOT KOTIKI
WELLINGTON, Sunday. The vessel seen last Monday evening by Mr. J. Moffitt has been identified as the wooden motor ship Foxton which left Wellington at 2.30 p.m. on Monday for Patea later putting back to port owing to heavy water. Her identity was proved by Captain Kane, of the Tamahine, who reported the fact on Saturday after Mr Moffitt's story had been published.
