a. j. shaw's success ' CHRISTCHURCH TOURNAMENT? CHRISTCHURCH, Friday. A. J. Shaw won the Open Championship of New Zealand to-day with an aggregate of 287. E. M. MacFarlane being second with 288. The" weather was beautifully fine with a light north-east breeze and the standard of play, especially in the afternoon, was specially high, probably better than on the opening day.
