MR .HQLLAND GIVES FORMAL NOTICE OF MOTION DISCUSSION TO-DAY

WELLINGTON, Wed. In the House of Representatives this afternoon the Leader of the Opposition, Mr H. E. Holland, gave notice of the motion "That the Government does not possess the confidence of this House." The Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. G. W. Forbes, said he would set Mr. Holland's motion down as the first order of the day for to-morrow. When a no confidence motion was moved, it was necessary to dispose of it as early as possible.
