Rec. Oct. 13, 7.25 p.m. SYDNEY, Tuesday. A dispute with the Seamen's Union has caused a hold-up of the InterState steamer Canberra scheduled to sail for Melbourne to-day with 1000 passengers, many of whom are race visitors, also the prominent racehorses. Veilmond, Tentheus,' and Carry On, and G. Price's team. The union claims that a member of the crew has been victimised and the company is now considering whether it will tie up the vessel, •
