NEW PLYMOUTH, Thurs. The new president of the New Zealand Boxing Association is Mr. James Garcia. He has been elected president of the Taranaki Association, and as the New Zealand conference is to be held at New Plymouth, Mr. Garcia automatically becomes New Zealand president.
