MELBOURNE, Thursday. For the second time the Assembly disagreed with important amendments suggested by the Legislative Council in the Unemployed Relief Amendment Bill, and for the third time |;he Council decided to submit amendments to that House. In one division in the Assembly the Hogan Ministry were defeated by 25 votes to 24.
