LONDON, Wednesday. In the House of Commons, the President of the Board of Trade, Sir Philip Cunliffe-Lister, stated that Mr MacDonald had given his approval to the institution of a national organisation to promote wise spending and the voluntary purchase of British goods. A further announcement is to be made in a few days. When aslced if the organisation would be separate from the Empire Marketing Board, Sir Philip replied, "I think so."
