FARM BOARD OFFERS CREDIT

Rec. Oct. 4, 5.5 p.m. NEW YORK, Saturday. It is announced that the Farm Board is prepared to sell its 200,000,000 bushels of wheat and its 13,000 bales of cotton to relief agencies to provide food and clothing for the poor on long term eredits. It cannot, however, make gratis contributions under the Farm Act.
