"Parisian women are all cutting off their hair again; and a good many London women are doing so, too, 1 think," states a London writer. "I rather think that, except for the few with iong, graceful necks — whom the style really suits — those little bunched curls are doomed. There have always been a few very smart women who would not pander to that longerhair fashion, believing that it would not suit them, and firmly determined to abide by their own taste."
