Rec, Sept. 30, 7.25 p.m. NEW YORK, Tuesday. American wool interests announce j a national week, beginning on November 9, for the purpose of increasing the consumption of fine woollens. Among the various publicity features proposed are a rapidly manufactured suit of clothes, from the sheep's back to completion, for President Hoover, and of special woollen dresses for Mrs. Hoover.
