COMPULSORY REDUCTION IN NEW SOUTH WALES PROPOSED BILL BEFORE PARLIAMENT SYDNEY, Tuesday. The State Cabinet has approved of a bill to bring about the compulsory reduction of all rents in the metropolis also through the State.
