PARIS, SATURDAY. The fall of sterling continues to cause anxiety. It means an enormous depreciation in the value of the sterling holdings of the Bank of France and other banlts. Meetings between M. Flandin, the Minister of Finance, and Treasury officials are believed to be concerned immediately with the rescue of the National Bank's credit, which recently has continuously lost deposits. It is expected that the bank will be absorbed by a group headed by the Credit Lyonnais.
