FIGURES SHOW WORLD-WIDE NATURE OF THE DEPRESSION BOARD OF TRADE RETURN

RUGBY, Thursday. Significant figures regarding the world wide nature of the trade slump are given in the Board of Trade Journal. In the first six months of this year a group of 16 of the' most important countries showed a decline of 27.8 per cent. in imports and 29.7 per cent in exports. For the United Kingdom the decline was 22.4 per cent in imports and 34.7 per cent in exports; the United States showed a decline of 25 per cent in imports and 36.7 per cent in exports.
