VISIT FROM COLLEGE RIFLES TEAM. MATCHES FOR SATURDAY. The Rotorua Eugby Union's management committee held its usual weekly meeting on Monday evening at the Union's rooms in Tutanekai Street. Mr. T. S. Robertson occupied the chair in the absence of the president, Mr. G. H. Mason. A letter of congratulation is to be sent to the Waiariki Club for its suc9ess in winning both the interclub championship and the Mitchell j Shield. Appreciation was also ex- 1 pressed by members of the fine showing made by the Whaka players agr.inst such a strong team as the club champions. The draw for Saturday is as follows : — Seniors. The Rotorua representatives will play Auckland jCollege Rifles on No. 1 ground at 3 p.m. The manager of the Rotorua team will be Mr. T. S. Robertson. A curtain raiser is to be arranged between the Whaka and Convent primary schools. The match to be played on No. 1 ground at 2 p.m. The representative team is comprised as follows: — Sutherland, M. Morrison, Waerea, T. Morrison, Steele, Green, T. Thompson, R. Thompson, Scott, Tengaio, Boord, Heke, Keegan, Duncan and Christo pher. Emergencies: Martin, McRae, B. Kulcume, Hohepa and P. Kapene.

Juniors. No junior matches will he played at Arawa Park, but a junior representative team will travel to Tauranga to meet that union in a match for the Shalfoon Shield. W. A. L. Wallace was appointed manager. The matter of transport was left in the hands of the manager and the secretary, and the team is to leave Fuller's corner at 10.30 a.m. on Saturday. The Rotorua team is as follows: — Lilias (Kahukura), Musgrave (O.B.), Marsh (Kaharoa), Martin, Hamilton, Duft" and Flood (Kahukura), Heretine and Hiini (Whaka), Bell (Kahukura), II. Leonard (Kaharoa), Skelly (Waikite), Mulligan (Kahukura), T. Leonard (Kaharoa), and Locke (Kahukura). Emergencies: Wooster and Thompson (Kahukura) and B. Peni (Kaharoa) . Practices for the junior representatives will be held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7.30 in the Government Gardens.
