NEW YORK, Monday. The Eauclaire (Wisconsin) State Bank, with resources of 4,000,000 dollars and the Union Savings Bank, a smaller institution, closed to-day. The sale of the State Bank's assets to the North West Bank Corporation of Minneapolis was stopped by; the news of the British gold standard move.
