RUGBY, Enclay. In a Parliamentary paper on war debts, Mr Philip Snowden said that the net war debt due to Britain by Italy prior to the signing of theiFunding Agreement was £560,000,000. The nett amount received since the war was £23,000,000 and the amount to be received under the agreement was £254,550,000. The war debt due to Britain by France at the signing of the Funding Agreement was £600,000,000. The amount received since the war was £43,625,000. The total to be received under the agreement was £779,500,000. ' The total owing by Britain to the United -States of America at the signing of the Funding Agreement was 4,600,000,Q00 dollars. The amount paid since was 1,351,720,000 dollars, and the aggregate amount to be paid under the agreement to the eompletion of payments was 11,105,963,000 dollars. (£2,221,000,000 approx.) The amount due from taly and France .is £1,034,000,000 as against the American debt;
