By Telephone—
WASHINGTON, Wednesday. The Navy Department announced that a radio to the eoastguard station at Seattle advises that Moyle and Allen, the two Ameriean aviators who recently left J'apan for a flight to the United States, but who were unreported and their loss was feared, have been discovered. They landed safely on an uninhabited island in the Behring Sea. Moyle sent a message to his fiance : "Everything all right; will be in Seattle on September 22." Later messages state that the fliers were reported safe by three Soviet vessels, on an island in Olutor Bay, in the Golf of Kamehatka. The messages were intercepted by the United States eoastguard cutter Itasca, of the Behring Sea patrol. They stated that the fliers were aboard the Soviet steamer Pialy Krabalobe.
